Stash's Bank Operations team is seeking an Analyst to join our Reconciliation team and play a pivotal role in launching a critical department from the ground up. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of a lean team of like-minded payments and operations professionals crafting a consumer-friendly and technology-driven banking experience. Significant opportunities to build a career as we scale for the future!

What you'll do:

• Process ACH exceptions to minimize risk and ensure accurate decisions
• Research and resolve inquiries between Stash and other financial institutions
• Assist with reconciliation and resolution of all money movement exceptions
• Contribute to a team environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement and effective risk management

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years' experience in exception processing
• Expertise with consumer payment Rules and regulations, including Reg E, NACHA, card and network rules
• Strong understanding of controls and risk management
• Proactive, enthusiastic team player
• Detail oriented with strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment

Gold Stars:

• AAP or desire to become one
• Previous experience in a digital banking environment
