Description

The Trust Investment Analyst role located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, carries out the operational tasks associated with the management of the company’s US retirement plan and US savings plan and serves as the backup for the UK retirement plan. This role also provides support for the annual 10K, retirement plan and savings plan audits and 5500 DOL filings.

A successful candidate should have strong foundational knowledge in finance and capital markets, strong organization skills, effective oral and written communication skills, ability to build and maintain professional relationships, and ability to work independently.

If you are selected as the Trust Investment Analyst, you will work with Microsoft Office, 3rd Party portals, assist on special projects, and support changing workloads.

You may be eligible for the voluntary hybrid office work (HOW) program that is designed to provide employees with flexibility while maintaining the advantages of in-person engagement.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Daily asset market value updates to Treasury and 3rd party Investment Consultant
  • Coordinate trades for monthly lump sum and annuity pension payments, portfolio rebalancing and service provider fees
  • Prepare cash balance reconciliations
  • Assist with company cash contributions to the retirement plan
  • Serve as point of contact for investment portion of US retirement plan and US savings plan annual audits
  • Provide deliverables for quarterly pension remeasurement exercise
  • Review and attest for the relevant SOC1s
  • Present single stock investment’s performance that are held in the savings plan to Benefits Committee quarterly
  • Coordinate and assist with implementing the fund changes to the savings plan
  • Carry out other various ad-hoc tasks that arise

Qualifications


Basic/Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee or asylee
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, other related business discipline, or foreign equivalent
  • 3+ years of direct experience in an accounting or finance role

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a role demonstrating strong financial/quantitative acumen using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
  • Listens actively and invites new ideas for exchanged opinions, then influences and acts to drive positive performance and achieve results
  • Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
