Job Description:

What will you work on?

As an Analytics, Analyst, you will help drive analysis, research, and experimentation that is critical to growth success of Spin Master brands.

How will you create impact?

Build, maintain, and automate dashboards to drive decision making and provide efficiency
Produce detailed documentation to support and develop data integrity.
Support ad hoc requests from cross-functional partners on marketing effectiveness, performance, and opportunities
Maintain scorecards and dashboards for enterprise performance across creative centers
Analyze market trends, conditions, and competitive sets using third party data sources (Circana, Nielsen, etc) to derive insights that improve engagement and monetization.
Deliver analysis and commentary on the impact of marketing efforts on POS and market share using disparate data sources like inventory availability, shipments, and marketing activations (TV ratings, digital, social, PR, etc.)

What are your skills and experience?

1+ years of professional experience in a quantitative role with data visualization tools
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Business, Economics).
Expertise in SQL/Excel

While this position primarily offers remote work opportunities, occasional in-office presence of approximately 15-20% may be required

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $80,000 to $85,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
