Currently, we're looking for a Analytics Team Lead to join our Data team. If you're a driven, self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment, come join our team!


During the past year our company has raised over $350MM, grew its headcount by over 750% and increased our business many times over. Data is increasingly becoming the key driver of our growth, efficiency and success. Our world class Analytics team is in high demand and is powering many business demands where data is concerned. Now we're looking for a captain to take the helm and guide the team to even greater achievements and impact.


Our Analytics Team Lead will guide a growing team of analysts as they explore rich and unique data sets and tackle the most challenging problems in ecommerce. We are an industry leader and are looking for someone who's coming to lead!


What you'll do as a Analytics Team Lead:

  • Develop the analytical vision and roadmap to transform a data guided organization into a data powered one
  • Lead and grow a team of analysts to help our business users get insights from our data, turn them into actions and measure impact
  • Be a strategic partner to the executive committee and support large scale transformations through providing the right data at the right time
  • Conceptualize, test and roll out predictive analytical models that use our unique and growing data sets
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering to ensure our data warehouse has the most relevant and impactful datasets
  • Create best practices and mentor team members to success and growth


What the ideal candidate looks like:


  • +2 years experience in managing a team of analysts - A must
  • +5 proven experience as an analyst delivering impact to a business through data - A must
  • +5 years experience in business data modeling and business subject areas for key business processes
  • A high level of English written and verbal communication skills - A must
  • Hands-on experience with analytical and visualization tools - Advantage to Looker hands on experience
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL
  • Experience in e-commerce / CPG / retail is an advantage
  • Passion for building
  • Hands-on expertise in predictive analytical development (ML / AI)
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
  • Self-directed, ambitious, team player, and a strong communicator
