Support HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Business Leaders, and employees in various HR inquiries and issues
Issue offer letters and provide onboarding support
Advise on HR matters related to labor law, employment contracts, professional development, compensation, etc.
Conduct employee relations support and investigations
Collaborate on recruiting efforts and talent onboarding
Focus on employee experience and engagement initiatives
Lead and participate in HR projects and process improvements
