• Support HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Business Leaders, and employees in various HR inquiries and issues
• Issue offer letters and provide onboarding support
• Advise on HR matters related to labor law, employment contracts, professional development, compensation, etc.
• Conduct employee relations support and investigations
• Collaborate on recruiting efforts and talent onboarding
• Focus on employee experience and engagement initiatives
• Lead and participate in HR projects and process improvements
