Anaplan is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, HR Applications to be the subject matter expert for all HR business processes, creating robust and scalable HR system solutions primarily focused on Workday modules, Anaplan, and Greenhouse ATS.

Skills
Strong Workday Configuration experience
Consultative skills
Experience with building EIBs and complex report writing
Ability to lead requirements/design sessions and work multi-functionally
Responsibilities
Serve as domain expert with intermediate to advanced knowledge in multiple HR domains
Design end-to-end solutions to meet HR strategy and priorities
Lead major HR initiatives such as Open Enrollment and Performance cycles
Support and optimize current production modules and processes
Lead user acceptance testing and provide HR Tier 2 support for Workday
Education
7-10 years of HRIS experience
Workday certifications preferred
Experience with Anaplan platform and Greenhouse ATS is a plus
