Anaplan is looking for aSenior Manager, Global Alliance Business Operations.This critical role specifically will be dedicated to support Anaplan's most strategic Partnerships. This role with report to our VP, Global Partner GTM Operations and work very closely with the GM of our strategic Alliances. In this role you will act as a liaison between internal teams (I.e. the Anaplan Global Partner Organization, our Sales Operations organization, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams) and external Alliance business practice and operations leads.

Insight on your impact
This role requires a strong organizer with passion for execution and make this work. You will be responsible for ensuring business continuity by effectively tracking, measuring and reporting on all aspects of the partnership ESP program; including pipeline generation, deal registration, asset development progress, preparing materials for executive reviews, etc.. Part of the role is to provide insights and directions to the various Partner Operations functions across the company.
You will interface with several key stakeholders - across the Global Partner & Alliances organization, cross-functionally, and external partner leadership.
Your influence
To be successful in the role, you will take on the following:
• Develop and maintain an operational framework to effectively manage complex Alliance program requirements.
• Work closely with IT and Business Applications to fix, design and implement new process in SFDC and other related systems
• Work closely with corporate, legal and compliance teams to address contract, entitlement, support structure and other operational issues/concerns to ensure timeliness of business execution.
• Maintains alignment across partner operations functions in regions and programs to ensure a consistent business execution globally.
Preferred qualifications
• 10-years of experience in supporting partner organizations, processes, and strategy at a SaaS company
• Ability to execute quickly with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide change management projects for PX
• Proven success uncovering key insights through partner research and leveraging those insights to be actionable
• Proven effectiveness communicating with senior business leaders
• Experience using collaboration and/or journey mapping tools (i.e., Lucid Chart)
• Six Sigma Blackbelt or strong program management experience preferred
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders to make decisions based on partner feedback
• Previous experience working at, or with, Accenture is desirable.
Base Salary Range:
$154,000—$209,000 USD
