As the Member of Compliance, TPRM you will lead and support the review and assessment of third party vendors providing services to Anchorage Digital.


We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Member of Compliance, TPRM role:


Technical Skills:
  • Maintain a complete conceptual knowledge and full understanding of the Third Party Risk Management Program and its integration points with other programs and departments.


Complexity and Impact of Work:
  • Consistently demonstrate on-time delivery and high quality work product. When a deadline or commitment is at risk, escalate to the manager to help manage priorities, if appropriate, and alert affected stakeholders so "no surprises".
  • Apply good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for maturing the program, ensuring an understanding of context in order to evaluate the right course of action.
  • Be directly responsible for daily maintenance and support of initial and ongoing due diligence and termination processes of the TPRM Program and its full execution. Also, responsible for the timely execution and tracking of the aforementioned.
  • Contribute to the remainder of the TPRM Lifecycle overall including the Planning Phase.
  • Maintain the TPRM Policy and creation and development of implementing Procedures.
  • Maintain and development of risk rating systems that adequately categorize and address the risk posed by Third Parties.
  • Receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.


Organizational Knowledge:
  • Be aware of the strategy of Anchorage Digital and consider those when defining the planning for the work ahead.
  • Understand how the company’s priorities relate to their own area of work, and clearly communicate the ‘why’ behind the work.


Communication and Influence:
  • Consistently express clear, thoughtful, analytical and solutions-oriented communications, whether in high-impact slides/decks, written communications in slack or email, or verbal communications.
  • Promote a positive working environment through proper listening, speaking and empathy with team members. Also, be a supportive and collaborative team member.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with ties to the TPRM Program and collaborate with others to solve and improve processes.

  • Have worked in highly regulated companies.
  • Have start up experience.
  • Can think on your feet and pivot quickly.
  • Have great analytical skills and have high proficiency with Good Sheets and can use GRC systems.
  • Want to build and work in a fast paced environment.

Compensation at Anchorage Digital:
  • Compensation at Anchorage Digital is market-driven and data-informed. All full-time employees receive a market-leading salary, meaningful equity, and a generous perks and benefits package.
  • Compensation Range: $92,000 - $130,000/yr - this salary range may be inclusive of multiple regional locations and job grades. This compensation range will be narrowed during the interview process based on skills, abilities, and experience required.  ****We partner with third party firms annually to verify equity, cash, benefits, and perks benchmarks.
