Head of Hardware, Space
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company looking for a Head of Hardware for their Space team. The role involves coordinating hardware resources and leading the team to execute successful programs.
Skills
- Strong engineering background in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the team responsible for hardware development across the space business line portfolio.
- Lead the technical execution of new systems including ground and space vehicle design, fabrication, test and productization.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to plan, build, and test complex functionalities.
- Support challenging schedules during ground testing and launch operations.
- Establish a center of excellence in space systems design.
Education
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
