Responsibilities
- Own all Production outcomes such as, ramp plan, NPI, Headcount.
- Drive all people and resources to drive all production outcomes.
- Serve as both a strategic leader and tactical do-er.
- Hold cross functional teams accountable to meet demands and deadlines.
- Deliver production outcomes as products mature from development to full rate production.
- Establish and manage compliance with financial, quality, and delivery KPIs.
Education
- Bachelor of Science or higher in a technical discipline preferred
