Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware
Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system
Identify persistent problems and escalate to engineering team
Configure Windows, Linux and Apple computers with latest software
Assist with inventory and asset management of endpoint hardware
Support end user software licensing administration
Create knowledge articles and SOPs for end users
Assist with operational improvements and implementation projects

Education

At least 3 years of experience in service desk technical role
