Content Curator

Summary/objective:

Experienced Content Curator  to maintain the day-to-day functions of the Dry Bar and Angel Studios content on several platforms includes coordination of project plan, coordination, and scheduling/releases.

• Setting up, Scheduling & Coordination: Collaborate with management to schedule and populate metadata for  app release dates and ensure the correct number of specials is released in alignment with business goals.
• Campaign Management: Oversee emails and notifications, adjusting frequency and messaging based on marketing needs.
• Category & Content Management: Regularly update app categories and “Browse All” sections to enhance the user experience. Maintain a fresh and relevant rotation in the app. 
• Brand Voice & Descriptions: Maintain the brand’s witty tone and create compelling descriptions for comedians’ specials to engage subscribers.
• Media Editing: Create trailers and handle audio editing and description writing for all content.
• Data Management: Utilize CatDV or similar tools to manage video assets and create Bits.
• FAST TV Programming & Strategy: Assist in curating content for FAST TV and help with developing and executing release strategies for this platform.
• Distribution: Cut and distribute specials to partners like DistroKid and submit content to the Angel Guild 
• Release Strategy: Collaborate on release strategies for the app and FAST TV to optimize audience reach and engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly staff meetings to provide updates on content strategies.
• Language Proficiency: English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Monday.com.
• Detail-oriented perspective and able to pick up on overlooked details.

• 1-3 years experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
