The Position:

The Therapy Case Coordinator will act as administrative support for the Colorado therapy team.  Job duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with coordinating therapy services for patients
• Scheduling clinical visits
• Assisting in managing the patient record
• Interacting with physician's offices
• Maintaining relationships with inner office staff and field staff
• Basic office tasks such as scanning, faxing, filing documents electronically

Are You the Right Candidate?

Please apply if you have the following qualifications.

• High school Diploma or GED
• Preferred minimum of 1 year experience in administrative/office setting or related field
• Preferred minimum of 1 year experience working in the home health or related field
• Proficient in multi-tasking, organization, and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent customer service skills
