Account Manager

ANS is seeking an Account Manager who will manage existing client relationships while driving growth through consultative sales techniques. Success will require great customer service and the ability to build strong client connections.

Responsibilities

  • Manage circa 150 accounts within the SMB sector
  • Deliver amazing customer service responsively and passionately
  • Demonstrate consultative sales techniques, objection handling, and conflict resolution
  • Hit performance-related KPIs and sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to clients
  • Maintain regular communication structures within your client base
  • Proactively renew contracts
  • Be a point of escalation for clients where needed
  • Reduce client churn
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders

Education

  • Degree level education preferred
