Office Engineer I - Operational Trials Coordinator

We are looking for an Engineer I to join our growing buildings team!

• Participate in and support planning of the Airport Operational Readiness (AOR) Program.
• Review the design and specifications of facilities and systems and assess trial requirements for all systems, equipment, processes, facilities, and stakeholders for select CIP projects.
• Assist in the development of a comprehensive Trials Program to ensure the systems/equipment,facilities and stakeholders are assessed for operational readiness of new facilities.
• Assist in developing Trial Scripts for orientation and familiarization training courses that covergeneric facility spaces, functions and systems and individual stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee/develop trial scripts and ensure alignment of these by applicable system or function.
• Develop a Trial staff/resource plan, per project.
• Propose and follow-up on recruitment and training of the Trial staff.
• Support the sourcing and contracting of Trial service providers and volunteers.
• Assist in defining/aligning operational performance/acceptance levels of Trials with the applicable stakeholders.
• Work closely with the AOR Subject Matter Experts on the execution of trials.
• Other duties as required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction, Planning or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in an airport operational setting
• A minimum of two years’ experience at a level within a similar role.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction, Planning with a concentration in training and development
• Applicable Professional Training & Development Certifications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices for airport systems.
• Possess technical skills in project management, aviation operations, training, documentation, communications, and/or operational or technology testing.
