As we grow, we're seeking experienced consultants to lead client engagements and deliver AI-powered solutions. As a Client Partner, you'll be selling, solutioning and leading GenAI consulting projects, managing a team of experienced consultants, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. The successful candidate will possess  an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong focus on building deep client relationships, and the ability to grow our GenAI services business within your portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Engagements: Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored AI and analytics solutions.
  • Manage and Mentor Teams: Oversee and support consultant teams, fostering growth and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Build Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and developing long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify new opportunities within accounts and from within your professional network, create strategies for expansion, and drive business growth.
  • Innovate and Implement: Lead client projects and intellectual capital development focused on intelligent automation and process improvements to deliver lasting impact.
  • Collaborate and Support: Cultivate a collaborative environment, working with clients and internal teams to achieve innovative, high-quality outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Results-oriented consultant with 10+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or a related industry.
  • Skilled in designing and improving business processes, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions to enterprise organizations.
  • An entrepreneurial thinker with a passion for identifying growth opportunities and expanding client relationships.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A creative problem solver, comfortable navigating complex environments and crafting simple, effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a willingness to travel (up to 50%).

Preferred Experience

  • Consulting experience at top-tier firms (Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, etc.).
  • Expertise in AI/analytics for enterprise clients (e.g., NLP, LLMs, predictive modeling).
  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients and complex data projects.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry or client experience is a huge plus!
