Our vision is to provide more inclusive and convenient payment and financial solutions for global cross-border consumers and sellers, you will be a key member of Ant Group international team to help achieve company’s global vision.
What you’ll do:
Partnering with over 100 global money transfer operators and financial institutions, Ant and Alipay+ Global Remittance provides customers with secure, convenient, and inclusive P2P transfer, tuition payment, and payroll services in more than 200 countries and regions across the world
- Target the growth of Ant's Global Remittance business and integrate internal and external resources to drive rapid user growth.
- Independently develop cross-border remittance user growth strategies and be responsible for user growth model construction, new user acquisition, user retention operation, and optimize user growth plan through data tracking and analysing.
- Manage the full life cycle of cross-border remittance users while develop and execute effective plans to improve user acquisition, retention, and conversion rate.
- Built user rewards system for cross-border remittances, develop multi-channel traffic plans to empower business growth goals.
- Data-driven and result-oriented and able to design efficient growth experiments to optimize user conversion funnels and explore new user growth methods.
What we’re looking for:
- Deep experience in Internet product/super app operations and/or user growth.
- Analytical/data focused, clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, coordination and execution ability.
- Understanding the best practices of Internet product growth and able to learn quickly and innovate continuously.
- Familiarity in a complex matrix environment - excellent teamwork, and able to coordinate cross-functional cross-departmental to solve complex problems.
- Experienced in international markets, user 0-1 program development and operation, cross-border remittance industry experience or cross-cultural work experience is preferred although not mandatory.
- Consideration for a marketing focused/lead user growth specialist – familiar with traffic and branding resources, related programmes etc. will be considered.
