We collaborate closely with our clients in a multidisciplinary team to create robust, secure, and scalable applications. Our approach is guided by OWASP principles, emphasizing DRY code, modular and extensive architectures, and the use of pragmatic algorithms to execute business logic effectively. Attention to detail is paramount in our coding practices, whether it's developing OOP Classes, REST APIs, web dashboards, or infrastructure components. The Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Anterior, you will ensure our infrastructure scales efficiently and remains online to support our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also have the opportunity to contribute to our DevOps functions and bring competencies as a database engineer in the early days.
Infrastructure management: Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure required to support our AI-powered tools.
Monitoring and alerting: Develop and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
DevOps practices: Automate deployment processes, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features.
Scalability and performance: Optimize our infrastructure to handle increasing loads and ensure high performance.
Incident management: Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Database management: Utilize your database engineering skills to design and manage scalable, efficient, and robust database systems.
About You
We seek a skilled SRE with a strong background in DevOps and database management.
Technical expertise: Proven experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure management.
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms: Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
Database skills: Competency in database design, management, and optimization.
Problem-solving abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proactive mindset: Ability to anticipate potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Selection Process
We like to move fast and get to a decision ASAP. The cycle from screening call to decision shouldn’t take longer than 2 weeks.
Our candidate assessment process is made up of 5 steps:
Screening call: A quick 20m screening call with a recruiter or member of our team to assess your profile and experience against our requirements
Technical test: You'll be given a take-home task to showcase your full-stack skills in addressing a specific problem that reflects the tasks you'll handle at Anterior.
In-person technical interview: You'll have the chance to present your take-home assignment and engage in a technical discussion with a member of the Anterior engineering team. This phase might also involve a peer-programming exercise related to your take-home assignment.
In-person cultural interview: You'll have the opportunity to converse with members of the Anterior team, and help evaluate if you're someone we'd like to welcome aboard and if you also perceive us as a team you'd like to be part of.
Final-stage interview: A concluding interview with either the hiring manager or engineering lead will precede our decision-making process.
