The Director, Payroll will lead Anthology’s global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in payroll management, particularly within global organizations. The Director will oversee payroll functions, manage vendor relationships, and lead a high-performing team of payroll professionals based in the US, Colombia, and India. This position demands a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex payroll regulations in various countries.

Pay range is $138,800 - $175,000/year depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
