Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Events, the Events Program Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development of high-quality educational programs for Anthology’s global user conference, regional events, and other programs as required. This includes developing timely educational themes and tracks that support Anthology’s corporate goals and initiatives while reinforcing our commitment to our clients. Working with cross-functional teams and the external program committee, this professional will focus on delivering high-impact training and knowledge sharing.
This position is key in the driving of event best practices and exceptional program execution while leveraging knowledge and experience to negotiate favorable pricing and terms with vendors supporting company events. This person will also drive engagement, collaboration, and management across a matrix organization, external vendors, customers, leadership and peer level staff to maximize event outcomes that support multiple goals and objectives. The role will also support managing the relationship with event vendors in Anthology’s regions and ensure alignment with overall quality and event branding.

Pay range is $62,000- $76,000/year depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
