Consultant Finance & Controlling (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Process Manager (f/m/x) with a focus on Finance & Controlling who also brings expertise in SAP BW. In this role, you will drive the optimization, adaptation, and digitalization of FICO and data integration processes. As the central contact person for FICO-related topics and SAP BW, you will ensure the efficient use of modern systems and help shape a future-proof process landscape.

• Continuous development, documentation, and optimization of all FICO processes
• Responsibility for developing a new profitability analysis concept
• Aligning business processes with the respective departments
• Managing process change for all FICO processes
• Establishing and conducting ongoing process monitoring
• Close collaboration with key users in departments and branch offices, as well as with IT, to ensure up-to-date and efficient processes

• A degree in economics or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in finance & controlling and process management
• Interest in project work
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO
• Experience in the design, documentation, and support of processes
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Solution-oriented, independent, and structured working style
• Strong analytical thinking and assertiveness

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.900  to € 5.000.
