What we are looking for: 

  • Proven Track Record in Customer Retention: Demonstrated ability in retaining and growing customer accounts, especially in SaaS. 
  • Experience with Renewal Strategies: Skilled in executing and managing customer renewals within a 90-day cycle, ensuring timely and effective renewals. 
  • Upgrade and Upsell Experience: Strong ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to upgrade customers to new licenses and upsell additional add-ons.  
  • Churn Prevention Skills: Experience in identifying at-risk customers and implementing strategies to prevent churn. 
  • Multi-Year Agreements: Ability to effectively promote and sell long-term (3-year) renewal contracts. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain song, long-lasting customer relationships between yourself, the customer, and AnyDesk. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use customer data and insights to drive renewal and growth strategies. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective customer interactions and internal coordination.  
  • Problem Solving Skills: Skilled in identifying and resolving customer issues that could impede renewals or upselling.  
  • Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving key metrics, including renewal rates, upsell targets, and reduction in customer churn.  
  • Adaptability: Ability to complete other duties as assigned or that arise while trying to achieve your desired results. 
     

What you bring to the table: 

  • 1-3 years of CSM/Account management experience 
  • Experience working under quotas and KPI’s 
  • Proficient knowledge of business administration, negotiation, and retention skills 
  • Experience leading demos with customers 
  • Experience selling 3-year deals, preferably SaaS 
  • Passion and understanding for technology (Cloud Services & SaaS Solutions), CRM, and business (process) analysis 
  • Organized and structured with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Creative and empathic, with great communication skills 
  • Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory, other languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
