You are a rockstar senior product marketing professional in search of a great mission. Join us as the driving force behind Anyscale's product marketing efforts, through all channels, to shape the future of AI applications across industries. You will lead our charge by helping to create compelling messaging and positioning strategies, while acting as the bridge connecting sales, product, and GTM teams for memorable product launches. Your diverse skill set and visionary market analysis will shape Anyscale’s marketing initiatives as they transform the world with the application of AI in every industry in the coming decades.


As part of this opportunity, you will:
  • Own and drive compelling positioning & messaging for the Anyscale Platform, including sales decks, datasheets, infographics, ROI calculators, product explainer videos and more 
  • Build product differentiator scorecards by individual area and by different competitive segments
  • Build persona maps - for buyers and users - working closely with Product and UI/UX teams
  • Own web site experience aligned with buyers’ journey supporting both PLG and SLG motions
  • Build category positioning collaterals - web content, eBooks, solution briefs etc.


What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline 
  • 6+ years of relevant experience - must be in one of the following areas - Product Marketing, Product Management, Management Consulting, Product Strategy
  • Out of total experience, at least 4 years in Product Marketing
  • Experience with two or more of the following areas - positioning B2B technology platform, experience in selling for both PLG-SLG motions, working for an AI native technology  
  • Experience with both high-growth and start up environments 
  • Demonstrable thought leadership with speaker sessions, blogs etc.
  • Marketing strategy work - examples may include category creation, expansion of market reach (TAM), new product introduction
  • Experience in selling to both technical and business buyers; experience in selling to medium and large enterprises
  • Demonstrable work experience in ambiguous environments that is typical of high growth start-up environments to showcase comfort with ambiguity and very fast pace


Bonus Points;
  • MBA or a similar advanced degree is a big plus
  • Experience in selling to developer community a plus 
  • Competitive intelligence and research  
  • Team management experience


Compensation
  • At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $210,000-$301,030. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.

This role is also eligible to participate in Anyscale's Equity and Benefits offerings, including the following:
