Apartment Leasing Consultant - job 1 of 2

Apartment community located on Cooley Lake and Lochaven in Waterford Township, is looking for a reliable and outgoing individual with great communication skills to join our team as a weekend apartment leasing consultant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or someone looking to supplement their income. The hours for this position are:

Saturday 10 pm to 4 pm

Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm

You will be speaking with prospective residents about our pricing and availability, showing apartments and assisting with the application process. You may also have to assist our current residents with simple things.

If you have a background in apartment leasing or any experience dealing with people face to face, send your resume.

Compensation will be based on your experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
