As a Workday Reporting Lead, you will serve as a technology point of contact for Workday reporting and assist APEX Group teams in identifying, planning and implementing systems and process improvements.
In your first few weeks in this Reporting Lead role, you can expect to:
- Provide guidance to the business, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis
- Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday reporting capabilities
- Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimise the use of Workday
- Coach Workday Reporting Analysts and provide technical expertise as required
- Assist in testing of integrations, security, annual events.
To apply for this Workday Reporting Lead role, you will need a degree or equivalent experience and workday Reporting experience. You will also require the following:
- Knowledge of SQL language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, cross-functional colleagues and IT
- The ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the needs and situation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with GDPR and data security.
