Help Desk Analyst

Job Title: Helpdesk Support AnalystTerms: 6-month contract with the potential to hireKey Responsibilities:Provide technical support for Tier 1 and 2 software and hardware issues.Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues using established processes and procedures.Offer technical advice, guidance, and informal training to customers using hardware and software programs.Analyze, identify, and diagnose faults and symptoms to restore routine technical service and equipment problems.Perform root cause analysis and develop checklists for common problems. Suggest procedures and controls to prevent similar issues in the future.Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and problem resolutions using a knowledge database and call tracking system.Work collaboratively with a team, sharing information and providing support to others as needed.Requirements:A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in technical support and problem resolution.Strong knowledge of hardware and software programs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.A commitment to providing excellent customer service.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
