Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted.Position: Helpdesk SupportLocation: Charlotte, NC - 4 days onsite/1 day remotwDuration: 6+ months contract - potential to extend (contingent on performance)Pay Rate Range: $18/hr W2 - NO PTO/VACATION PAIDProject Description:Provides first level support for all end-users via telephone, email or chat. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and voice/data communication systems issues. Escalates calls when appropriate. Writes concise, informative service tickets.
