Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a HR & BI Analyst that has 4+ years of experience in SQL and Power BI to join their organization 100% remotely!location: US 100% remote, cannot sit in the following states: Alaska, Cali, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyomingplease apply directly by emailing your resume and a brief write-up of why you are a fit to [email protected]Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data including employee demographics, turnover, recruitment metrics, and performance evaluations to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to HR leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for action.- Forecasting and Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast future HR trends and outcomes, enabling proactive decision-making and resource allocation.- HR Metrics: Develop, track, and analyze key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement, retention, diversity, and talent acquisition.- Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data-driven insights.- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks through data analysis and monitoring.- Technology Utilization: Leverage HR technology platforms and tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.- Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare HR metrics and practices against industry standards and best practices, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.- Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR team members on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices to build analytical capabilities across the department.- Ad Hoc Projects: Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership, leveraging analytical skills to address specific HR challenges or opportunities.Required Minimum Education:• Bachelors Business Administration/Management or Bachelors Human Resources Management or Bachelors Statistics or Bachelors OtherRequired Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.Additional License(s) and Certification(s):Required Minimum Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in HR analytics or a related analytical role.
