Job Description:
The Investments IT Market Data group is responsible for all aspects of Market Data from commercial and vendor relationship management, financial and inventory processes and management and setting the market data strategy.
We are looking for a strong Market Data Analyst who will own and execute on several key initiatives. The successful individual in this role is comfortable working on commercial initiatives and has a good technical acumen.
Essential Skills:
• 5+ years of working in an IT environment with solid technical understanding of how market data services work
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Comprehension of web based platforms and technology
• Experience using FITS Inventory Platform desirable
• Solid communication and organizational skills
Pluses!
• Contract Management experience
• Financial industry experience and knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
• Project manage market data integration activities
• Categorization of acquired services
• Service comparison between current and acquired services
• Obtain communication and buy-in of next steps and action including:
• Contract termination
• Straight contract renewal
• Renewal with additional service
