This individual needs to be familiar with QA testing, usability testing, software development, project management, product management, support labeling, analysis across our support queues and/or i18n concepts is a preferred, as well as experience working in a tech company.Job Title: Project Testing Coordinator (Product Insights)Location: New York cityEstimated Duration: 6 monthsPay Rate: $45.00 an hour with room for negotiationShift: Mon- Fri stand working hoursRole Overview:• Coordinate testing activities for product insights.• Familiar with QA testing, usability testing, software development, project management, product management, and/or internationalization (i18n).• Experience in a tech company is preferred.Qualifications:• 2+ years in roles like project manager, QA analyst, automation engineer, usability researcher, data analyst, etc.• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and results-driven.• Experience in fast-paced environments with strong time management and problem-solving skills.• Ability to analyze data and make business decisions.Preferred Qualifications:• BA/BS in engineering, computer science, data science, psychology/sociology, or related fields, or equivalent experience.• Hands-on experience with i18n.• Experience with QA, usability research, product management, or product teams.• Familiar with the software development process.• Knowledge of additional languages (besides English).EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
