Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solutions Architect – Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will involve the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Dynamics 365/CRM applications while ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

The ideal candidate will serve as the technical lead and system architect, spearheading projects from planning to deployment within a hybrid work environment.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

System Architecture: Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Project Leadership: Oversee and execute tasks such as requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Technical Support: Provide advanced support for applications in client/server and web server environments.
Application Integration: Maintain and support Dynamics 365 applications, Power Platform Portals, APIs, and associated technologies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

MS Dynamics 365: 3–5 years of extensive experience, particularly in Customer Service and case management.
PL-600 Certification: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certified (highly preferred).
Web Development: 3–5 years of experience with PowerApps and web portals.
Salesforce: Minimum 3 years of experience.
Azure DevOps: 5+ years of experience with Agile implementations and backlog management.
Architectural Expertise: 3–5 years in solution architecture and 1–3 years in database architecture.
Infrastructure and Support: 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, application support, and troubleshooting (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.).

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
