Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Events Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of our field marketing events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully orchestrating impactful events that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute to the overall success of marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive field events strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events are integrated into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Event Logistics:
Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
Content Development:
Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create compelling and relevant event content, presentations, and collateral. Ensure that event content aligns with the company's messaging and showcases the value of our data solutions and AI applications.
Audience Engagement:
Develop strategies to maximize attendee engagement and interaction during events. Implement networking opportunities, interactive sessions, and other engagement tactics to create memorable and valuable experiences for participants.
Promotion and Outreach:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create pre-event and post-event promotional materials and campaigns. Utilize various channels to drive attendance, including email marketing, social media, and partnerships.
Lead Generation:
Work closely with sales teams to align field events with lead generation goals. Implement lead capture mechanisms and follow-up strategies to convert event attendees into qualified leads.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize event analytics tools to track and measure the success of field events. Provide post-event reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights, to inform future event strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in event marketing and management, preferably in the technology or data services industry. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel and manage multiple events simultaneously. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative event concepts. Familiarity with CRM and event management software.
