Therefore, we believe in empowering people to do what they do best, from our app developers to ourThe Role:The Email Marketing Manager will create compelling content that communicates the value of our apps and encourages customer engagement and sign-ups, collaborating with designers to produce visually appealing email templates.Responsibilities include designing and executing diverse email campaigns such as onboarding flows, nurture sequences, promotional announcements, and retention efforts, ensuring all communications are optimized for different devices and email clients. The role involves unifying various email marketing tools into a cohesive system to optimize performance and align with marketing objectives.This role requires a mix of creative and analytical skills to effectively engage users and drive conversions through email marketing.Background:• 3+ years of proven experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in the ecommerce SaaS space, hands-on experience with workflows and lead to customer journey• Proficient in multiple email marketing platforms such as Active Campaign and PipeDrive• Expertise in customer marketing email including onboarding, education, cross-selling, and customer life cycleUnderstanding of data principles and how they impact automation and personalization• Demonstrated experience/ability leveraging segmentation toolsExcitement for uncovering key insights about our leads, and experience translating insights into clear marketing briefs• Passion for data and focus on business KPIs with the ability to effectively prioritize projects based on potential business impact• Strong interpersonal skills, as this role is highly collaborative across the organization including copywriters, designers, analysts, and developersStrong organizational skills to support juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExceptional communication and writing skills• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mindKey Responsibilities:• Strategy Development: Devise and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with our company's overall marketing goals. This includes identifying target audience segments and crafting tailored campaigns that enhance engagement and conversion rates.• System Unification: Apply expertise in consolidating various email marketing tools and systems into a streamlined, effective suite that maximizes performance and meets marketing objectives.• Campaign Management: Design and execute a range of email campaigns, including onboarding flows, nurture sequences, promotional announcements, and retention drives. Ensure all communications are optimized for various devices and email clients.• Creation: Develop engaging email content that effectively conveys our apps' value propositions and drives customer sign-ups. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and impactful email templates.• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns using key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to assess effectiveness and identify areas for imropovement.• ListManagement: Oversee email list management, including segmentation, list cleaning, and data enrichment, ensuring high deliverability and compliance with spam regulations.
