Director, Solutions Consulting

Appian is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting to lead technical sales activity for the Financial Services region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solutioning with award-winning technology and will thrive in a collaborative and creative environment.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technical depth in responding to RFIs/RFPs
Experience in production environments
Requirements analysis and system design

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Regional Vice President of Financial Services
Lead delivery of technical resources into sales campaigns
Assist in the production of RFPs and proposals
Design and deliver high quality technical Proof of Concepts
Present technical solutions to C-Level audience
Mentor and train direct reports

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Business Management, or Computer Science
