Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing for the organization, including but not limited to employee compensation, taxes, and benefits.


Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to payroll and business travel.


Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.


Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in payroll data.


Collaborate with various departments, including HR and Finance, to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and expense reimbursement.


Stay up-to-date with any changes in payroll and travel regulations and make necessary updates to processes and procedures.


Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including time and attendance, leaves of absence, and other payroll-related data.


Create and maintain reports and analytics on payroll and business travel expenses for management review.


Train and educate employees on payroll and travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.


Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.


Handle any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees and provide timely and effective resolutions.


Communicate with external vendors, such as travel agencies and payroll service providers, to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.


Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate recording of payroll expenses and provide support during audits.


Lead and manage a team of payroll and compliance specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.


Represent the company in any payroll-related audits or government inquiries, providing all necessary documentation and information.
