Our US Enterprise Government team is responsible for building a balanced and scalable business that deliver tangible benefits to the end-customers across the State and Local Agencies that serve the constituents within their jurisdictions. In this role, you will gain deep understanding of businesses' needs, create a vision that inspires customers, and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans for successful integration of Apple technology into US Government environments. By driving adoption to expand the platform, you will help transform the way people work.DescriptionIn this role, you will: - Drive the adoption of the Apple ecosystem in your territory with our industry and channel partners. - Deeply understand the mission and needs of the US State and Local Government agencies in your territory by researching their objectives and exploring an ever expanding group of contacts and decisions makers. - Leverage your deep understanding to identify and prioritize focused engagements. - Develop account plans aligned with our customers' strategies, assess their progress and guide them on the journey of transformation to mobility, and growing adoption of the Apple ecosystem. - Execute on plans by cross-functionally partnering with Systems Engineers, industry specialists, as well as reseller and strategic partners. - Build demand generation activities, identify new opportunities, accurately forecast, and coordinate fulfillment logistics• IC4: Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience.• IC3: Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience.• Significant background in technology sales, consultative selling, or similar experience selling business transformation solutions to US State & Local government agencies.• Proven experience in relationship development/management, teaming across functions, deal making and negotiations.• Ability to align an organization's priorities, initiatives, and transformational goals to broadly engage customer executives - at the department and IT levels.• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications• Background leading or implementing strategic programs within US State & local government agencies (e.g., Public Safety, Emergency Management, Transportation, Inspection, Elections, Digital Government, Mobility) is a plus.• Experience in cultivating executive relationships at State and Local Government Agencies.• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate how our partners, along with Apple, deliver the best solutions to our customers.• Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships.• Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions.Education & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsMore• Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
