Position Overview: The Customer Service Sales Representative will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and sales expertise. This position requires a proactive approach to handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products/services to meet sales targets. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and availability. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution. Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer needs. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
