Order Processing/CSR

Order Processing (ERP experience is a Must)• *MUST:• *ERP exp**• Operate Online Portal for data processing of daily order- Must have good stability- someone who is detail with paperwork & documentation- someone with minimum training and takes good notes to progress• *Keys to Hire- company is able to train- EDI experience is a plus (amazon and costco is a big plus)Primary Job Duties- Processing and administration of online orders- Retrieving and processing orders from our online customer base including Home Depot, Costco, Amazon, Target, Wayfair... and other portals.- Processing orders via web portal and EDI, printing shipping labels, uploading tracking and creating sales orders on a daily basis.- Create shipping labels and documents, e.g., bill-of-lading, packing list, commercial invoice, etc.- Cross check shipping labels and documents for accuracy.- Review and monitor open order reports to ensure all purchase orders ship as scheduled.- Perform data processing of quick-ship and expedited customer purchase orders.- Work with shipping department and warehouse to continuously evaluate and modify the order processing routine to maximize output and productivity.- Perform data entry of return shipments, create and issue RMAs to customers.- Communicate and provide updates to customers via phone and email.Skills/Qualifications- Experience with Amazon is a big plus- Experience with UPS WorldShip and Fedex Ship Manager software.- Experience with E-Commerce Websites and EDI.- Strong data entry experience- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)- Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills- Self-sufficient, highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency- Strong dedication to problem solving and process improvements- Must be a true team player, personable, professional and flexible- Strong attendance complianceEEO/AA Employer/Vet/DisabledThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
