Production Control Supervisor for growing and stable companyRequirements, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:Oversees and supports the day-to-day workflow of production control staff who perform highly transactional and repetitive processes. Adopt tools and processes to identify and plan for problems with inventory, data entry, and machine file creation. Contribute to the development of those tools and processes. Review of factory documentation to confirm accuracies. Tracks machine completion progress to identify issues proactively. Review for production cost anomalies. Take initiative in problem identification and resolutions.Skills required to perform this position:1. Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities2. Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities.3. ERP experience4. Attention to detail5. High level of organization6. Basic computer knowledge7. Math skills8. General knowledge of Accounting, Inventory, and Manufacturing preferred9.
