Application Specialist, ServiceNow

Join us as an Application Specialist and be part of our Information Services team responsible for supporting, customizing and implementation of Service Management solutions to support business and facilitate continuous growth in business efficiency and usage of the core applications, mainly ServiceNow.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supporting the Service Management solutions by handling support tickets
• Manage the backlog of tickets in the Service Management area and others
• Solving continues business improvement requests to support the business grow and improve efficiency.
• Involvement in testing and implementation of new functionalities in connection with upgrade of the solutions
• In time to participate in projects for the Service Management area.
• Various IT tasks in other area
• Structured and continuously monitoring of tickets
• In control of support of Service Management solutions by living up to SLA and obtain a good satisfaction score
• Delivering quality continues business improvement solutions by understanding and collaboration with the business, but at the same time stick to standard solutions and Grundfos guidelines.
• Close cooperation with your colleagues across IT
• Taking ownership of assignments

Your background:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivelant
• Good understanding of service management processes and requirements.
• Experienced ServiceNow supporter of specialist (minimum 2-3 years) with a proven track record – preferable in a global/international organization
• Good Knowledge of ServiceNow solutions
