Overview:
This position will report to the Senior Manager IT Solutions & Engineering and directly support Suffolk’s Office 365 environment and Low Code No Code (LCNC) application development platforms. The person in this role will be knowledgeable on both platforms as well as Suffolk’s Application Delivery framework. Applications being developed range from daily ad-hoc requests to company-wide strategic enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Day-to-day support and maintenance of the established Office 365 & Power Platform environments. Tasks include administration, platform improvements, etc.

Help develop, deliver, and support Office 365 and Low code/ No Code solutions including related business processes, workflows and supporting Power BI reports.
- Collaborate with business owners to understand process gaps and help design and build optimal solutions.
- Help other developers select vendor platform and approach to ensure best fit

Ability to execute research projects and generate practical results and recommendations

Responsible for resolving tier 3 help desk tickets in related areas

Work with stakeholders to develop full technical specifications. This includes document, testing, researching, and following established life cycle methodology

Track the lifecycle process using project management software. Lifecycle includes conducting code and design reviews, coordinating end user testing, and promoting to Production.

Leverages a structured approach to architecture projects using existing methodologies that make use of existing reference architecture and established architectural styles and design patterns

Builds and maintains an architecture description document, an architecture decisions log, and a requirements/constraints traceability matrix to ensure the rationale for the solution's Architecture is known and understood

Create and deliver end-user training documents and videos

Follow product roadmaps and community news to stay up to date on latest offerings and features
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.); Major or Minor in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred; At least five years of professional experience supporting business applications.
- 1+ years of focused experience in utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query) to create and develop and maintain data pipelines and build complex apps and dashboards

2+ years’ experience with Office 365 administration and concepts

Working knowledge of Office 365 users, groups, security and Exchange Online

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph toolkit, Dataverse, and Azure Active Directory

Project management experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision
