Applied Intuition is looking for an experienced People Ops Business Partner to lead HR initiatives, shape the culture, and help build the People Operations team. The role involves HR business partnership, performance management, and organizational optimization.

Responsibilities

Identify development needs and make recommendations for performance improvement
Provide guidance in total rewards, employee engagement, and organizational design
Own the employee lifecycle for performance management, development, and advancement
Execute on other People or general operations responsibilities as required

Education

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in HR or related field (preferred)
