System Safety Engineer Autonomous Driving - Drive Platform

Applied Intuition is looking for a System Safety Engineer with a strong automotive background in ADAS and autonomous driving to shape the safety architecture and requirements for their vehicle platform.

Skills

Experience in System Safety Engineering
Knowledge of safety analysis
Expertise in ADAS and autonomous systems
Strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Derive and manage safety concepts, requirements and specifications for autonomous vehicle platform for L4 trucking
Lead efforts for development of safety architecture
Perform safety analysis and derive relevant safety work products
Work with verification and validation to ensure requirements are met
Contribute to the overall safety case of the final product
Promote a culture of safety within the organization
Monitor and report on safety performance

Education

MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
