The Role:

As a Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and significantly impact our core product offerings.

You'll be responsible for developing, deploying, and iterating quickly on our AI solutions, ensuring they meet the high standards of quality and innovation our clients expect.

Responsibilities:

• Own large new areas within our product (AI Phones, AI Flows + more)

• Work across various aspects of software development, including backend, frontend, and AI model integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

• Own the product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our solutions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-time software engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.

• Experience and high interest in AI technologies, machine learning models, and their application in business environments.

• Excellent first principles problem-solving abilities

• Strong product sense and ownership

• Ability to partner closely with internal teams and external customers

Nice to Have:

• Have experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and LLMs.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and database management.
