Position Overview  

We’re searching for a Software Engineer (.NET & React) to join our Epic Product team in a remote work environment. To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.  

 

In this role, you will work in an Agile Scrum team to develop our industry-leading Applied Epic software product using C#, React, TypeScript, and SQL Server and maintain or enhance legacy features using VB.NET. You will collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum team members to deliver high-quality technical solutions that answer our client’s business requirements. We are looking for developers to deliver clean, well-written, enterprise-scale applications.

 

What You’ll Do

  •  Become a dedicated participant of your Agile scrum team
  • Collaborate with other members on the Agile Scrum team to self-manage feature development to completion
  • Collaborate with Application, Enterprise, and Test Architects on technical solutions
  • Participate in sprint reviews of completed functionality at the end of each sprint
  • Identify and communicate possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers

Your experience may include:

  • 4+ years of experience creating enterprise software using C#, .NET 5/6, TypeScript, React, SQL Server, and Visual Studio
  • Familiar with Agile frameworks, ideally Scrum or Kanban using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to work with others in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to deliver solutions in committed timeframes
  • Proven technical abilities
  • Provide technical leadership to the team
  • Skilled troubleshooting and research abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to be part of a high-functioning team
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience

You may have other skills or credentials, including

  • Experience with Gitlab, Cypress, Go, Angular, Kubernetes, or containerization a plus
