We are currently looking for a well experienced Product Manager to join our team of designers and work on our live hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games.


What you will do:
  • Own and optimize revenue metrics, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability. Strategically drive the transition from hyper-casual to hybrid/casual models.
  • Act as the Product Owner for one of our game projects, defining and maintaining a product backlog that aligns with business goals and player needs. Clearly communicate vision, priorities, and expectations to the team.
  • Develop and execute roadmaps that enhance player retention, engagement, and monetization while adapting to evolving player behaviors and market trends.
  • Use a deep understanding of key performance metrics (e.g., LTV) to inform strategic decisions, dynamically interpret data, and identify impactful opportunities. Ensure LTV remains the primary measure of success while contextualizing other metrics to the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (UA, engineering, analytics, and design) to build and deliver features that strike a balance between monetization goals and player satisfaction.
  • Lead experiments, A/B testing, and live ops events to validate hypotheses, optimize features, and refine player experiences based on actionable insights.
  • Regularly evaluate the portfolio of games and prototypes to identify high-potential opportunities, prioritize effectively, and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Growth teams to forecast revenue, track performance, and ensure alignment across initiatives. Develop action plans to address deviations and optimize results.
  • Drive innovation and iteration in product development, leveraging market and player research to anticipate trends, address pain points, and uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Proven experience in product management within mobile gaming, with a track record of driving performance optimization, product growth, and sustainable success.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in rapid iteration cycles, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves obstacles to ensure efficient workflows and successful delivery.
  • Hands-on experience as a Product Owner, with the ability to define, prioritize, and execute a product’s vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and player needs.
  • Exceptional ability to use data strategically, leveraging insights to inform decisions and shape product development. Deep understanding of how to contextualize metrics, such as LTV, within the broader product lifecycle.
  • Strong skills in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across diverse priorities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment, delivering impactful solutions to complex challenges with a balance of creativity and practicality.
  • Solid knowledge of predictive analytics, player behavior, and lifetime value modeling to design player-centered experiences that are also profitable.
  • Experience or strong understanding of hybrid/casual game growth strategies, combining performance-driven optimization with strategic roadmap development.
  • Capability to integrate market trends and player insights into actionable strategies that drive both product and business growth.
