Appspace is seeking a resourceful Technical Support Engineer to enhance customer experiences and resolve technical challenges across software and hardware platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide first response and technical support via chat, email, phone, and remote sessions.
Identify and understand client issues and isolate potential root causes.
Advise customers on network related requirements.
Document all customer interactions using company CRM.
Problem solve and embrace technical curiosity.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/related work experience
