Aprio PH - Associate, Internal Treasury (Accounting & Finance)

We are seeking an Associate for our Internal Treasury team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Treasury Services team with payroll calculations and reconciliations, partner onboarding, equity management, other ad hoc responsibilities.  This role requires a desire to support the Aprio team (including partners) by providing excellent attention to detail and service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner administration– maintainingand updating partner records and schedules 
  • Track details of partner contracts 
  • Calculate monthly and quarterly payment amounts  
  • Assist with partner umbrella insurance policy management 
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of all equity accounts 
  • Assist with the management of the firm’s cap table 
  • Tracking partner performance metrics 
  • Ad hoc requests from the Manager, Partner Services and Director, Treasury 


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 
  • A minimum of 2 years of accounting and/or payroll experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • Self-motivated and curious in nature 
  • Maintain confidentiality of all data and information 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands 
  • Organized and very detail-oriented  
  • Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset 
  • Collaborative and works closely as a team player 
  • Strong financial management background and success working with a highly competent and innovative executive team. 
  • Amenable to work the midshift Schedule
