The Role & Opportunity We are looking for an extraordinary Customer Success Manager to help build the future of payments. You will serve as an important liaison... between our program management clients and the rest of Apto. Overall, your mission is to understand our customer's strategic goals and align Apto's efforts to help achieve them. Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving revenue from existing customers and enabling newly signed clients to build successful programs from scratch Being the voice of customers within Apto and evangelizing Apto within your clients Creating repeatable and scalable processes and procedures for client management in our rapidly expanding portfolio Collaborating with Apto's customers to scope enhancements and manage internal resources to achieve timely implementations Developing and maintaining reporting and documentation for the organization Living Apto's values:

You will be expected to effectively assist with the implementation of new programs, own the continued development of existing programs, and provide world-class service while managing competing priorities. About You You are an emotionally intelligent self-starter with a passion for guiding customers through complex financial ecosystems and partnerships. 5
