People Generalist
Aptos is looking for an experienced People Generalist to join their team and help manage and improve their people operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a Business Partner or Generalist, with a focus on talent management.
Skills

- Experience with people data analytics
Responsibilities
- Execute company-wide Talent Programs within the client group
- Provide counsel on complex employee relations matters
- Collaborate with various departments to improve work relationships and productivity
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees
- Gather and analyze HR data to identify areas for improvement
